RPA’s founder, Richard has worked in residential development investment for 20 years and oversees the general running of the business ensuring the RPA Group retains true to its founding principles. Over his career Richard has built an incredible network of international property investors and like-minded industry professionals. The RPA Group was born out of a duty of care to provide property investors with an industry-leading and integral service, one that connects investors with quality and desirable investment opportunities, whilst providing reliable and trustworthy market commentary and analysis alongside, enabling investors to make the best, most-educated decisions for them.
George Radford
Managing Director (Africa)
Alongside Richard, George is the co-founder of RPA Group and Managing Director of the business in the UK and Africa. A qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with almost 20 years of property investment experience, George has helped his clients to successfully grow and strengthen residential property portfolios over multiple markets and territories. Active in building and advising upon his client’s investments, George is now focusing on procuring UK investments exclusively for RPA Group clients and investors, providing insightful and strategic advice and opportunities.

An advisory partner to RPA Group, Giles began his career in London agency in the late 1990s before a swift progression to residential development and investment as head of Hampton International’s Global Investment division until 2008. He has travelled extensively throughout his career, always in the promotion of UK residential property to buyers across the globe. A founding partner of a UK student property fund with assets in excess of £100 million and with an enviable network of contacts, Giles strengthens RPA Group’s relationship with leading UK developers in bringing exclusive investment opportunities to our investor client base.
